The 1:1 strategic consulting program is designed to transform retail businesses with chaotic, improvised operations into organized, profitable, and sustainable companies. This is achieved through a comprehensive assessment of every area of your business model and online store, the development of a clear operational structure, financial control, a functional sales system, and a strategic marketing plan that enables you to increase your revenue without sacrificing your time or mental health.
Consulting objectives:
- Create order and control across every key area of the business, including finances, inventory, operations, marketing, and sales.
- Implement processes and tools that reduce resource waste.
- Professionalize decision-making through data and performance metrics.
- Increase revenue by at least 20% through operational optimization and sales strategy.
- Build a solid foundation for scaling the business without losing control.
By the end of our work together, you will have:
- Identified and eliminated financial leaks in your operations.
- Learned how to read and analyze your numbers to make smarter decisions.
- Gained an understanding of key metrics and technical terminology, enabling you to communicate more effectively with agencies and technology providers.
- Optimized your inventory and reduced impulsive purchasing.
- Created an operations manual for your business.
- Aligned your communication strategy.
- Established clear sales targets and a plan for achieving them.
- Prepared your business for launches and future capital investment.
What is Strategic Consulting?
This is not a course. There are no prerecorded videos, self-paced modules, or group programs where every business gets lumped together. These are live, 1:1 working sessions in which we analyze your specific business and design a concrete plan together to take you from where you are now to where you need to be.
We work across four core pillars:
- Business structure: business model, organizational chart, roles, and operating systems.
- Sales: sales process, pipeline, pricing, conversion, and retention.
- Communication and marketing: positioning, channels, messaging, and content strategy.
- Digital transformation: tools and automations suited to your current stage of business.
Who is it for?
BizCrafters — Seed Stage
Businesses with a proven product or service and minimum monthly sales of €5,000 that need to give greater shape and structure to their business model. You already have customers, but your business does not yet have the structure or systems required to support future growth.
Scale — Established Businesses
Businesses generating between €300,000 and €1,000,000 in annual revenue that need operating systems, a functional organizational structure, and processes that allow them to grow without collapsing operationally.
Areas of Specialisation
- Retail businesses with a Shopify ecommerce store and/or physical store, particularly in fashion, food and beverage, and natural cosmetics.
- Solo service businesses, including psychologists, certified therapists, and coaches who are experts in their fields but do not know how to build a structure that allows them to earn a sustainable living from their practice, consistently attract clients, and scale with a team.
How it works?
The program runs for four months and includes:
- 9 formal 1:1 working sessions
- 2 monthly post-program check-ins to ensure continuity
- Proprietary templates: financial analysis, pricing structure, Business Model Canvas, and 90-day plan
- A customized tracking dashboard with an initial business audit, KPIs, and sales projections
- Asynchronous support between sessions for implementation-related questions
Every new client first participates in a complimentary assessment call to confirm that the program is the right fit for your current stage of business and that we are a good fit to work together.
What can change in your business?
- A scalable operational structure that continues to function even when you are not there.
- Clear goals, metrics, and forecasts for the next 12 months.
- A consistent business development and sales routine across all your online and offline channels.
- A plan for redistributing responsibilities between you and your team.
- More time in your schedule to lead the business rather than simply execute tasks.
- Technology tools implemented, where appropriate, to automate repetitive work.
Who is this not for?
- People who want to start a business but do not yet have a defined idea or any sales.
- People generating less than €5,000 per month: financial instability creates pressure for immediate results that this program cannot guarantee.
- Founders who expect results without implementing the recommendations.
- Founders who need validation for every decision they make.
- Founders with fewer than two hours per day available for implementation.
Admissions Policy
I work exclusively with founders who are committed to implementation. Every new client must first participate in an assessment call. Continued participation in the program is linked to the level of implementation demonstrated during the first three months and to the terms of the service agreement. I reserve the right to decline an application or terminate a consulting engagement if the working conditions are no longer conducive to achieving results.
